I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was excellent - knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. The rooms were spacious with great lighting, and everything was kept clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for my needs. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing salt and pepper to my room when I needed it for cooking. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and the service at the restaurant was excellent. I was 110% satisfied with my stay.

The bathroom was large and even had a steam machine control in the shower area. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool area, were well-maintained and inviting. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and the commercial area. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of options for good food and entertainment nearby.

The room was large with a very comfy sofa, another relaxing chair, coffee table, work desk, flat screen TV, and a dining table with 4 amazingly comfy chairs. The hotel was consistent in giving information such as parking ticket fee, voucher privileges, and additional headcount for breakfast. The location was great, with easy access to SM Mega Mall with huge shopping, food, and entertainment options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
No laundry worked properly, and it was complicated to use.
