We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The management was swift to correct the issues with our first room and moved us to a super comfortable one. The check-in ambassadors, Mars and another staff member, were incredibly nice to my son and he loved talking to them. The location of the hotel near Festival Mall and various restaurants was convenient. The room was clean and secure, and we loved the friendliness of the staff. The food at the lobby lounge was delicious, especially the ensaymadas. We also appreciated the consideration given to us for early check-in and late check-out. The swimming pool in the Tower wing was better than expected and our kids had a great time. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes and we were happy to have added it to our reservation.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The transportation services provided, such as the free shuttle service uptown and the airport services, were convenient and made getting around hassle-free. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a safe and central area.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist me in any way. The rooms are spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations for the price I paid. I was impressed with the hotel facilities, including access to both the main and tower wing. There are also plenty of amenities available, as well as fast food options and a Starbucks conveniently located across the street. Additionally, the hotel's initiative to reduce plastic bottle consumption by providing pitchers and dispensers is commendable.
Can't fault this property in any way.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they provided a free shuttle service to nearby malls, which was very convenient. The room I stayed in at the tower wing was spacious, perfect for me and my family. The hotel is located in the Filinvest area of this city, close to the business center and many restaurants. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I loved the fact that they had a Christmas Eve mass right at the hotel. Additionally, the check-in process was quick and easy.
